  On Star Trek, I used to wonder, "Why not just have Data do everything?" Basically, I used to take Maddox's side in "The Measure of a Man." Now that I've worked with some AI stuff... now I know why. The whole crew of the Enterprise's job is to keep tabs on Data.

  There continues to be no evidence of hacking in any election resulting in changing an outcome in any US election, by China, Russia or anyone else. I checked whitehouse.gov (at 8:42pm Texas time). There are no declassified documents there describing tampered ballots or results.

  This is "news" but it strikes me weird. TL;dr: sometimes super expensive #Stingray gear shows up on eBay.
