    When you go deep into a subject - like a codebase or another knowledge area - the width of your understanding naturally grows as you make more probes. However, if your probes are shallow, you cannot grow depth simply by making more of them. IOW, depth of knowledge leads to width over time, but the opposite is not true. I feel like this asymmetry should have a name. #asymetrical #thoughts #deeplearning
