  Miss 8 just surprised me with this. I’m a little teary. It’s me at my spinning wheel. She only started felting yesterday and then made this and ugh… I love this kid so much.

  I want to buy a fleece. I want the whole fleece in fact, but I do not have $300 to blow right now and I am a sad panda. It’s so pretty.

  Some finished hand spun merino. The green is a single and it’s plied as a 2 ply with a pinker yarn in the 2ply.

  I hurt myself while cleaning today and I am so fucking angry. I woke up feeling rested and happy for the first time in ages (I have both fatigue and mental health struggles), and I was getting shit done, and somehow pulled a muscle so now it hurts to fucking breath.

  I have 8kg of blackface Valais fleece. 8kg. I am a world of happy. And the sheep… one those guys are so cute - even freshly shorn, but have the pre pic cause that’s what I have

  I started with English but developed issues with my hands that hurt a load switched to continental which I find much gentler on my hands

  I got a soaking but also a stash of new floofs for spinning so win all round. Hopefully the rain doesn’t dull anyone’s day at the fibre show
