Passkeys don't work on mobile / TOTP from password manager fails
The flow for passkeys ends up blocking mobile browsers from authenticating if the passkey is stored in a tool like 1password, even if 2FA via TOTP is enabled. When trying to use 1password to fill a 2FA TOTP on mobile, the form field doesn't fill. I've not had this problem with 1password on any other site that I use, so it seems specific to something nodebb is doig.

There were a few other things (conflicting standards such as ACP vs WAC), but the JSON-LD was repeatedly the thing that developers found hard to wrap their head around. "How do I create a schema?" is a pretty normal question for an application developer, when you're used to working with traditional web app stacks. "Oh, it's JSON" and then they learn, nope, it's not: every property is optional, every property is one value or an array of values. The JSON-LD learning...

ActivityPub Trust & Safety Taskforce forum
Hi all, I'm Emelia, the co-lead of the ActivityPub Trust & Safety Taskforce operating under the Social Web CG. We're starting this forum to try to encourage a bit more asynchronous participation in the taskforce and provide a fediverse-native touch point for people interested in trust and safety. This forum does not replace the GitHub issues for the taskforce, where we have specific discussion. We will still have our monthly meetings for the taskforce that happen via a video ca...
