    Got the Sunday Scaries again because corporate software development is absolutely toxic. Has been for a while and is just getting worse. Inhumane, and I use that word literally. The goal is to dehumanize the digital and offline worlds.

    I don&amp;#39;t want my computer to be non-deterministic. I don&amp;#39;t want my car&amp;#39;s dash to be a buttonless computer monitor. I don&amp;#39;t want surveillance cameras in public places. And most importantly, I don&amp;#39;t want Billionaires to control my government.

    I&amp;#39;m a bit concerned about free software as a whole with many maintainers accepting ai coded PRs and using ai to review PRs. We are definitely moving closer to a world with far less accountability. Maybe it&amp;#39;s just time to burn all the computers down?
