Dang man, I am just not vibing with the new QOTSA singles to the extent I usually do and that's fine, everything changes, this too shall pass etc, and I'm still going to buy the album but there's that thing where it feels a little bit like being broken up with

If things go according to plan, next week I'll get to visit one of my favorite record stores for the first time in an upsetting number of years ๐Ÿฅน Their original ramshackle location, and the "new" satellite store they used to have are long gone ๐Ÿฅบ but photos of the current location look like they've retained the vibe ๐Ÿฅน Whatever other treasures I might find, maybe I can finally get a t-shirt ๐Ÿคž

I have said it before but Tim Heidecker's "High School" (2022) is a surprisingly sincere (if all you know him from is Tim and Eric,) straightforward, dare I say sweet, album that you may appreciate if you were an early 1990's teen It's a low-key favorite for a certain mood https://youtu.be/XVjvJ5FX2gE
