Nintendo! You failed to have good customer service within two days on a call that should’ve taken less than 15 minutes to figure out the answer to a question. It’s sad that I had to go on the Internet to your Support page and find the very article that I needed help with. Nonetheless it’s done. It said I had to complain but that’s the way it is I suppose. For those of you who have no idea what I’m talking about, make sure you check your Nintendo switch software or firmware if you can see or have...
