  Oh my gawd. Upgrading #Immich from 2 to 3 in #docker via #Dockhand is an absolute fucking nightmare. The main problem is that Dockhand stores compose files within the Dockhand container itself. But you can also have it manage stacks you made elsewhere, like with #Portainer. Unless you delete portainer, which also deleted the compose files.   I met a new puppy friend, yesterday, named Charlie. He was a very good boy. He ran up to me and instantly rolled over to get belly rubs. And then I asked if I could give him treats and as soon as I said that word, he did a good sit.

  Well, my home made router flattening jig is working. Sort of. I had to cut some notches out of the sides to accommodate the router handles. I don't think it will cut all the way to the end of the table, but hopefully I can get the bulk of it flattened.

  Made some more ties. The two on the left are for the officiant at the wedding and the best man. The next two are for me. Those two are made from old Japanese kimono silk that I found at a gift shop on the Oregon Coast. Some of them are over a hundred years old. The third one from the left was a huge pain, because the fabric was crazy thick, and I didn't have enough for my normal pattern.

  I've been having back issues, because even though I have extra monitors, I don't use them. I just plugged them into an old Debian box and had them play the Matrix digital rain screensaver. So I'm always hunched over my laptop. I decided to actually use the monitors, and see if leaning back will help my posture and back pain. I got the mount today and spent all day moving and rearranging everything. The dock should be here tomorrow, so hopefully it works.

  Yay. Got the dock and everything hooked up. It is quite temperamental. Just barely tapping on a cable will cause the video to cut out for a second. Everything is firmly in place. I wonder if the cable itself is bad. Oh well. I'll just have to be gentle. And deal with the cable management

  Yesterday, I took my car to the dealer for an oil change. I got a text reminder a few days before. That makes sense to me. 5 minutes after I dropped the car off, I got a text asking if I wanted to sell the car and lease a new one.   My #QubesOS laptop had a #Dasharo update. Hooray. Ran the update. No issues. Then it rebooted. "No bootable medium found". That's odd. Maybe my boot order got messed up. I went into UEFI and it didn't see the hard drives at all. I had a panic attack. I rebooted. Everything is normal again.
