I mistakenly grabbed an energy drink disguised as a seltzer drink yesterday at 1pm. Halfway through, I double-checked the ingredients: 200mg caffeine. Man that rush! But also, I&#39;ve not been so terrified for my #sleep in a long time. #middleage #problems
