never heard of Scratchpad app until today's technical support email.... asking about characters limit. This company is trying to compare apple to apple of their choosing. And they are not even accurate. #TotRocks

Apparently my sinus issue is allergies… early for this year… combo of both jet lag and sneezing all night long. Blowing my nose none-stop is tiring.

What is auxheat? According to the manual… this is the “backup”. HVAC is not getting any warmer inside than 65… might have to camp out downstairs….

HVAC guy came last night, when ask 20 minutes later if he know what the issue is… his answer is “yes and no”. He had no idea what happened but a reset of the system fixed the issue. Woke up this morning and check, the auxheat no longer stay on. Heat is back up to 67.

Here we go again 🤦♂️

Apparently, the installation of the HVAC unit from 10 months ago missed setting up the dip switches in the motherboard for the AuxHeat used in the winter. So the AuxHeat never really kicks in.
