  The only #buchla #module I'm personally interested in #eurorack is their circular #sequencer Polyphonic Rhythm Generator #252e. There are plenty east-coast style modules already in euroland from Makenoise, Verbos, Sputnik and other manufacturers. However, nobody has done anything remotely as interesting as 252e.

  Can't believe #Makenoise 0-Coast small single VCO #analog #desktop #synth is 10y old already. I got it quite early and made a lot of work using this little gem of an #instrument. Often combining it with Kilpatrick Phenol - another #modular standalone instrument. Now I feel I need to return to this sleek black box once more. My #music making is a bit different these days but I'm sure I'll find a way to include it.

  The reason I think the new #Elektron expander box #Outbox 8 is great news is because this product is probably #overbridge software running on a tiny #linux #computer. Maybe even ARM computer running custom linux distro. If this is true we will also see Overbridge for linux as a separate product.

  I should use more compressor on my guitar and bass parts. The compressor sound that feels like oxygen has been sucked out of the room - this is what I'd like to use.
