Not even 11:30 on a weekend and I already got my physical therapy knocked out for today. I am giving myself a star sticker on my weekly chart.

I had my physical therapy intake session Wednesday morning, managed to get my first supervised PT session booked and taken care of yesterday morning, and today I did my first at home PT session. In the words of Peter Venkman, “I feel so FUNKY.”
