    Dear architects. Sometimes I need to leave a supermarket without buying anything. I don&amp;#39;t have a receipt to scan to open the automated gate. Any chance you could you take this into account for the next design?

    When I was in school I learned that winning a majority under a proportional representation system is very unusual. Seems like a good thing. So why is the SNP&amp;#39;s lack of majority being reported as some kind of loss?
