Once again, I must praise @ddev@fosstodon.org! It helps to get projects up and running quickly, and the maintainers are always available to assist if any issues arise. I don't know of many projects where the maintainers are as dedicated to their users as these ones are. If you haven't used #DDEV to set up, for example, #WordPress, I recommend giving it a try. If you can, please consider sponsoring them: https://ddev.com/sponsor/.

Yesterday's events with #Chatcontrol 1.0 clearly demonstrate that the system is broken and that #EU politicians do not care about democracy. If the system weren't broken, something like this would not have been possible. If they cared, it wouldn't have happened. I don't usually engage in polemics, but this is what happens when democracy dies. Thank you, Mrs #Metsola, for that service. Now please go fuck yourself!

I finally managed to set up email rules to check whether incoming messages are encrypted. After a brief testing period, I will be able to simply reject any unencrypted emails. Ideally, I would like to combine my Sieve rules with my address book as I could with Proton, but unfortunately that does not seem to be possible with my current provider. This would allow me to add everyone in my address book as an exception. Currently, I have to do this in my rules.

Recently, whenever I think about AI, I'm reminded of a punk sticker from the '80s or '90s: 'Destruction is not negative; you must destroy to build.'
