A nice coincidence at #parkrun yesterday. &gt; Congratulations on completing your 163rd parkrun and your 1st at Royal Tunbridge Wells parkrun today. You finished in 163rd place out of a field of 358 parkrunners.

Despite tired legs I was out #running this morning. I&#39;m feeling my age, but still think I can be quicker. I have seen some improvements recently.
