    Had my first failed #Shelly relay, ironically the it was the latest gen 4 1PM. Gladly they&amp;#39;re honouring the warranty and a new one is on its way so time to see what failed.. I already knew a cap spilled its juice from the smell but also this coil exploded and there seems to be a crater in the neighbouring chip. It definitely was a vigorous pop when it went. #smarthome

    Returned to the UK and painfully spent £120 on 60L of diesel (would be £135 in NL) gambling on what the price is likely to be next week in that decision, I chose higher, and after this afternoon&amp;#39;s news I think I made the right call. Time to go electric I think

    It&amp;#39;s been a woeful day so let&amp;#39;s find the silver lining... 1. I found a nice woodland walk with my dog 2. NHS staff still giving their all to help my wife with her now-known-to-be broken foot, in spite of all the challenges they face in a crumbling system 3. I got a big bag of peanut m&amp;amp;ms from Costco because fsck it, I deserve it after today. #threegoodthings #3goodthings

    So today I&amp;#39;ve had.. 1. An ATX PSU with an unstable 12V rail (mildly expensive but not urgent) 2. An outdoor CCTV camera that died at 3.48am for no obvious reason (cheap but annoying to replace) 3. Car AC still not working reliably after recharging it a couple weeks ago and now looking like a failing expansion valve (very expensive) I think that&amp;#39;s my #3brokenthings for today, hopefully I&amp;#39;m safe now
