Have spent the evening writing. Finally nailed down what I have been trying to set up in a way that makes sense. Have to write the other part of it and then I am done. Progress!!

Today is ME awareness day. I have seen my partner turn from a strong independent woman who write books and weightlifts, into somebody who needs a wheelchair to go anywhere as long as it’s for under 2 hours as that’s the size of her exhaustion window and has to spend the rest of the time lying down.
