When I think or say 'when the weather improves', I mean when it gets colder and starts raining a lot.

My 'slightly' skewed brain on seeing the headline 'Global sea levels have been underestimated due to poor modelling' thought 'you try doing your best on the catwalk with the weird clothes designers come up with'.

Had to change travel plans a little bit this weekend. I couldn't get a bus ticket for Saturday afternoon to Sofia. So I have to get one VERY early on Sunday and have to coordinate 3 buses on one day to get Ohrid in North Macedonia by the evening. What can go wrong? :)

Every time someone mentions 'Wuthering Heights', the Kate Bush song starts in my head.

Got the news in an unusual way this time. Heard the phrase 'bombardiruvat' (they are bombing) on the bus back from Sofia. I didn't heard the rest of what was being said, but I put two and two together.

Quite windy here tonight. I wondered if I could save on bus money if I tried to parasail to my next destination. However, knowing my luck, I'd end up in the Black Sea.

@MarkAsser@beige.party @MelissaBearTrix@gives.hugz.online It does look like the batshit stuff that ChatGPT would come up with if asked to design an American President.

@WoozleWuzzle@godforsaken.website 'Wuther' should be used to describe Kate Bush's dancing. "Have you ever wuthered?"

@overholt@glammr.us I presume that's how they commemorated Valentine's Day in the Middle Ages.

@MarkAsser@beige.party The rain stopped and I managed to go for a nice walk in the foothills. A few other people had the same idea.

@MelissaBearTrix@gives.hugz.online Metropolis led me to believe that we'd have our own personal biplane and that men would be wearing jodhpurs and women tricorn hats. At least the bit about large numbers of people walking like zombies turned out to be true.

Someone decided to turn the tractor on at 4:30 am in the morning. What a way to start the Monday.

Does anyone know which Roman emperor inflicted long theatre performances on people and the audience members tried to get out of watching them by feigning death? For some reason I'm thinking of that today #romanempire
