    some folks seem puzzled by the Air Canada + both official languages thing, and understandably so as in, aren&amp;#39;t they a private company? why do they have to operate in both English &amp;amp; French? not quite πŸ™ƒ Air Canada used to be a crown corporation. when a deal was reached to privatize it, back in the 1980s, the gov&amp;#39;t set out several conditions for that to happen. these are laid out in the Air Canada Public Participation Act: https://laws-lois.justice.gc.ca/eng/acts/a-10.1...
