Fani update since trump$$$ consumed the news today. Everything was messed up this morning. Fani was excused from testifying again after DA had no further questions. The DA’s *supposed* witness was not available for his 2nd day of testimony because he was at the doctor, even though he was ordered to be available. Bradley was scheduled to arrive ~10:30am. The judge delayed hearing until 1:00pm because he didn’t show. It ended up being 1:30pm. 1/

Look y’all. I lived in North Carolina for 25 years. White nationalist Christians with guns. I fled and it’s been really hard. My grandfathers entire family was killed in the Holocaust. Two days before Christmas last year I found out from the Holocaust Museum that a tranche of letters between my family was being digitized. They were not shared with me. YES, I am angry. And brokenhearted.

@yappari @sepfeiffer No. They were locked in a cedar chest in the basement. I cleared out my mother’s house after my father died. My aunt took all of the correspondence and my cousin donated it to the Holocaust Museum. I never got to touch a letter or read one with my mother or aunt. They were in German, so it would have been a great help and cathartic. Soon I hope to read the digitized versions. Thanks for asking.
