  Another long weekend ahead: today is a day off for me. So I'll enjoy the beautiful weather outside, and chill in my terrasse with a nice bottle of white wine and lots of reading!   I'm just so fucking exhausted with my anxiety, making me an emotional mess. It boosts my insomnia, which in turns boosts my anxiety worries... It's just so tiring... #MentalHealth
