  Fun fact about neurodiverse people Some people with Autism are wired differently, to the point where their energy is not boosted by drinking caffeine. For example, when I used to drink caffeine, I would find it doesn't give me energy, it just makes me really groggy, slow, and stressed.   I am back after a sudden, unannounced 4 day break. I have been having a hard time lately, and I am struggling to find footing. Productivity has been at an all-time low lately (since the start of the new cycle in 2020) I took time off to try and find some balance in my life and schedule, but was unable to find an effective balance.
