@jackwilliambell Fire is a chemical reaction. Plasma is a state of matter. Many fires are not hot enough to significantly ionize atoms and thus do not contain plasma. Claiming that fire = plasma is nonsense.

@lcamtuf I got the bad gateway page on No Starch a few times, but was eventually able to order. The book looks great so far!
