  Just read Byung-Chul Han’s The Burnout Society. It’s sixteen years old, but I think it’s a great description of the last couple of decades. I wonder now how this “achievement” focused society is changing. Because of AI, this concept of can is even more ridiculous. So many people are rushing to do more because they can, but it’s pretty meaningless. The forces that push for this achievement culture are very clearly a joke.

  In three days, my scaleway bill is as much as it was for the whole month of may. After this month it's going to be near zero since I just moved the DNS and disabled the observability connections. I'm still using the object storage, which is still cheap. But definitely worth thinking of a plan B

  I have to say. I love pulumi, I find it a lot more enjoyable to use than terraform because I get to stay in the language-context the projects already are in. I hadn't tried making a custom connector yet. And honestly it's not bad.

  Alright. I have a working pulumi provider that only does DNS records, and it SEEMS to be migrating my records. Time to change the nameservers, and if I don't see any of you ever again, it's because I'm in DNS hell #pulumi #porkbun #dns
