After a work day I rarely have enough energy or motivation left to hit the pots and pans so I rely heavily on ready-made meals I can wack in the microwave. That way I can slump in my chair and stuff hot food in my face in under 10 minutes. I like to call it &quot;vibe cooking&quot;.
