  🧥While it’s no longer summer in the northern hemisphere it’s still warm enough to go out without a jacket. 🏘️ It’s lovely having neighbours who cause you no nuisance and even better when they stop and talk to you ❤️ 🏃🥞 🇹🇷Ran a half marathon into the city and treated myself to pancakes and fruit at a lovely Turkish eatery. #3goodthings #threegoodthings

  🚶‍♂️So thankful that I can throw on a pair of trainers and go for a morning stroll without a thought. For many physically impaired, this is not an option 😔 🌳Despite living in an urban area, there are trees and bushes everywhere I look. So nice to have this among the sea of concrete in my locality. 👷‍♂️I feel safe and secure leaving my home and wandering freely, not the case for others who are living in conflict and war. For this I am truly blessed. #3goodthings
