My wife has taken to referring to capybaras as guinea bigs.

It&#39;s common to think of Moby Dick as about Ahab, and through him vengeance and mania. But it&#39;s also about that crew, and their fealty to the mania, their hunger for the heat of that vengeance. It&#39;s about obedience at the cost of consciense or reason. A tale as old as time, as it were.
