@neil the decision makers involved in this stuff tend to lack an appreciation of why it&#39;s so important and why having a long termist approach to digital systems is key. They work on tenure based thinking which usually limits programmes to 3-7 year durations - shiny off the shelf stuff always wins.

Pro tip: When you&#39;re making Bolognese with TVP, just use more wine
