    The #inkscape team called it &amp;quot;the unicode tofu issue&amp;quot; (https://gitlab.com/inkscape/inkscape/-/issues/3532), because &amp;quot;something something something, broken fonts&amp;quot; was making the UI unusable on macOS for some people. With the upcoming Inkscape 1.4.3 we can finally say: something something something, we win!
