  The moment AGI is achieved it’s going to be a glorious destruction of society. Companies will lay off people and replace them with AGI and completely ignore the fact that no one will have money to buy anything. What we’re seeing now is just a fractional microcosm of what will happen.

• Crunchyroll-Downloader Gone?

  Does anyone know what happened to Crunchyroll-Downloader? I tried to log in and I got an invalid client. And then I saw the project was taken off GitHub. Did they finally get noticed and blocked? I’m bummed because I had some series I needed to finish off.

  some people have suggested it This is one of my biggest pet peeves. Whenever a person tells me “well someone said”, the first thing I ask is “who?”… “well some people”…”give me a name”. Because half the time they’re making that shit up, and can’t support it. I do that at work quite often, especially when a colleague or report says they have a blocker or can’t do something because “well they said”… “who is they? I’ll go talk to them. “

  Any other party has a better chance at winning a popular vote Not defending them, but there is some serious doubt there. Any other party, besides republicans, put up the same showing as Linux in a Steam survey. Sure it looks like they’re growing at 100%, but it’s still only 5% overall. Until that is broken and majority of people realize there are more than two parties, your best approach is going to be primarying and change within the party.

  Thank you, because on here people don’t shut the fuck up about it even if the thread doesn’t involve Linux. They’re as bad as Cross-Fitters and Vegans.

  I am very much onboard with the idea of the EU breaking free of the US grip on data and the internet. I also very much want to get out of the US, but I’m trying to figure out how. I have extensive experience in infrastructure, networking, Datacenter’s, Linux, etc. and I’m sure that there are companies in the EU that are needing those skills. I haven’t had much luck with general job boards (unless I’m looking at the wrong ones). So Lemmings, does anyone know of any good resources so I can help...
