All the good people of Virginia Need to do is organize groups to go to Richmond and Northern Va. And drive the speed limit during rush hour side by side in all lanes of all major highways. Then stop for an extra second at all stop signs, and wait a "polite" minute at all red lights. The suffering would be divine. I would do this every day 365 days a year.
