    Yesterday voting rights protections were gutted. Today, states are setting up to redistrict ahead of November. Being intentionally and consistently marginalized isn&amp;#39;t my favorite, but credit to the voter suppression movement for having a vision, making plans and following through. https://www.theguardian.com/us-news/2026/apr/30/states-redistricting-maps-voting-rights-act

    High school often felt petty and confusing, but I enjoyed playing hacky-sack with my brother and a few friends. In retrospect I see why it worked: skilled cooperative play with plenty of room to chat, but no apologies! Say &amp;quot;my bad&amp;quot; and keep going. Recently I found out that the director of the Philadelphia Ethical Society is a decent hacky-sack partner. We had fun! I gave him my yellow and blue one.

Have faith in the market.&amp;quot; When a person truly understands the nature of a cult, merely complaining about the leadership stops being enough. I&amp;#39;ve spent the past few years working to re-orient around better principles. This year I found the #Philadelphia #Ethical Society. They also propose a value system: empathy, dignity, community. The name sounds dry but by comparison it feels like an oasis. #humanism
