@lukalobster @thedarktangent yep. My wife&#39;s aunt had been to her daughter&#39;s place there. We were all worried but they assured nothing much affected them and all incidents shown on social media and mainstream media were exaggerated. The aunt returned couple of weeks ago. No issues at all.

The process is broken at Zomato but their #chatbot is ... hiding a human behind it? 🤔 Or did Nugget get #LLMs into the mix? I saw a lag in the response to that query. Could have been retrieval, token processing or ... human handoff.
