  #mastodon should stop returning the "missing.png" when an actor doesn't have an avatar or header it's causing other federated servers to cache "missing.png" cuz other server don't know if it's a real img or not wasting a bit of electricity here

  shops got some updates: - auth module has been migrated to use the new oauth - new attachments can now be added onto an existing item - shops cli can now change user's power level through its PowerRanger subcommand - credential_account is implemented to match mastodon's api - error handling has been completely rewritten to be more descriptive - sysadmin can adjust file upload size & number of attachments allowed per item - and many other stuff... dont remember anymore
