  Back to the bench! Using a Deimos DAQ to tune a solenoid valve driver. Too low frequency, and it will chatter; too high, and it will dissipate heat unnecessarily. This plot shows the ideal range of frequency starts just above 3500Hz, where we can see the mean drive current flattens out. #electronics #data

  Deimos DAQ Rev 7 is out for fabrication! This version adds an insulation displacement cable header breakout for a panel mount dsub-25 connector, 6 more channels (4 GPIO output, 2 input), layout improvements to reduce radiated emissions, a more robust overvoltage protection system, pluggable terminal blocks to replace the lever-wire connectors, and external indicator LEDs fed to the enclosure via flexible light pipes. Firmware updates will include non-aliasing timer interrupts, an un-filtered...

  @Armavica MkDocs with mkdocstrings works great as well! Good option if you want to escape from ReST and conf.py. Example here, in case that sounds useful. https://github.com/jlogan03/interpn/blob/main/docs/API_Docs.md MkDocs is also being replaced by zensical soon, but it's backwards-compatible.

  Cool part of the day: single-supply high-common-mode (1.7kV cont. 6kV for 60s) isolated instrumentation amp! Super neat that this is possible with so few passives.
