Today is #InternationalMECFSDay. I lived with #MECFS for several years. But by the time I ditched my Meta platforms--where followers knew my journey--and landed in the fediverse, I&#39;d already recovered; and so, it hasn&#39;t been something I&#39;ve talked about here. Today is #WorldMigratoryBirdDay. This migratory bird is on her way back from the Baltics, after two weeks taking a lot of photographs, and climbing even more stairs.
