  It took a week but I finally caught up here again. Last Thursday morning, I left to attend a con. I did not check Mastodon while at the event (I fell behind on everything while there). Yesterday I tried to do a catch-up, and it took me until today to finally get to the point where I was when I left. I need to stop doing that to myself.

  It has been a rough three weeks for me on social media, trying (and failing) to catch up everywhere after being gone for 5 days to a con and just falling further behind in a lot of sites as a result. If anyone thinks that I am suddenly ignoring them, I am not, I am just so far behind that I am not seeing much here at the moment. I may just cut my losses and pick a day to use as my new stopping point, then go forwards from there. Social media overload is real.
