A lack of testosterone isn't the problem. What you lack is panache. And without panache, there is no duende.

Even the people who use LLMs to write are getting fed up and going back to the old ways.

I got a pair of Allbirds in 2016 because shoes made of wool were disruptive. I still own that pair. They're my indoor shoes. I really like them. It's the only pair of Allbirds I ever bought. You were expecting repeat sales, and I let you down. I'm so sorry. Good luck on your AI venture.

I've spent the last week reading that Walter Benjamin paper with my trusty 🦙to make sense of the structure, the style, and oh my god the argot. I was rhyming 1935 with 2026, the convulsing world, the threat of a culture-shattering technology. Predicting the future of a new medium is impossible

It's April 1970 and I'm watching the Apollo 13 splash down on the black-and-white TV in my elementary school cafeteria. Its April 2026 and I'm watching a crystal clear LIVE video feed on a handheld device of a spacecraft descending through the atmosphere, its chutes deploying before my eyes.

Of course my writing sounds like an LLM. I've been writing technical doc for 40 years. Who the fuck do you think the LLM trained on?
