  Open question, what (if any) #FOSS #database solutions are there? Doesn't need to be "production quality", I just want it for a proof-of-concept project. Bonus points if it runs on both Linux and Windows and plays nice with #Python

  The most challenging part of giving up #surveillance tech (so far) was giving up Spotify. My ADHD comes with a constant, annoying, loud earworms, and often the only thing that can help is listening to the song playing in my head. But when I saw that Spotify was asking user for #ageverification, I canceled my 10+ year sub. You know who I am, you have my credit card info! After months of "detoxing", I have figured out how to live w/o music streaming. I can live without your service, too....

  I don't trust all future governments to handle data about what sites I visit or what forums I participate in responsibly. They may not like my sexual orientation. They may not like my political or religious views. They may not like that I'm a Linux & FOSS user, dev, or gamer. They may not like my medical history. This is why I'm fundamentally opposed to having to verify my age for online activities with an app that calls home to a state authority, like the #eudi_...
