  Junk of the Week: Ameritec Crescendo CRS-D Call Generator This is launching my new series that will probably drop off after 2-3 iterations, so we'll see how far I get!   @RueNahcMohr I built something. Ok it has like maybe 5 parts but its a start! I also used a pot to adjust resistor values to fix the lazy square waves.

  Kenwood TH-D74: No DR Mode for D-Star So I got lucky over the last weekend hamfest, and scored a Kenwood TH-D74 radio. I've spent most of yesterday pouring through online videos, posts, and other bits of info getting overloaded on all things Kenwood. This isn't the only Kenwood radio I have, but I will say I'm very much used to the Yaesu way where the menus seem to make sense to me.
