  To be honest, it was a huge improvement that I fixed my @pixelfed server so it can handle pictures and videos from @threads and Bluesky. Folks on Threads post huge albums, but on Mastodon only the first four photos are visible. What I don’t know is whether, if I @ojars@pixel.kapteinis.lv repost something what came from Threads or Bluesky, people on other Pixelfed servers can see it.

  If you work in IT and aren’t experimenting with AI models, you’re making life harder — or even paving your own path to becoming unemployable. When management comes up with buzzword-driven ideas, you should not only push back but also show where AI can add real value. Saying ‘AI is bad’ just gets you labelled as a grumpy person who can’t move with the times :/
