Really glad I started working out again this week, it’s been a nice distraction and stress reducer when I apparently needed it most.

Take care of yourself. Stop doomscrolling and scroll yourself down a nice sidewalk instead. Focus on what&#39;s in front of you and in your power to influence for good. Be nice to others but don&#39;t get hung up on the little things. I love you and this isn&#39;t your fault.
