@romac@hachyderm.io My work-in-progress handcrafted coding agent already outperforms Claude Code. At least it gives the same result in a fraction of the time Claude Code does. My working theory is that proprietary agents are deliberately designed to burn as many tokens as possible.

My Homebrew installation was unable to pull updates from tapped repos. After a couple of hours with DTrace, I found out that all outgoing connections for git-remote-http were disabled in Little Snith.
