Cathedral Cave return journey, take a detour, swim in a lake nearby. the water feels much colder. i head for the cave, light is diminishing, it is quieter. visitors come and chat, but i get some time in between to record. a few steps into the phenomenal space, gently sounding the energy i find here today. sounding out is an exploration of architecture and resonance, improvisations with the saxophone inspired by the atmosphere of sacred spaces. #improvisation #deeplistening #flow #resonance

photo dump of moody mountains in the mist and rain. blessed with beautiful scenery even when the light is difficult to photograph. when change is in the air, the best preparation is in balance and peace of mind. meditating in powerful places has been amazing. feeling peace and calm amongst scenes of majestic beauty and preparing for the long road ahead. i plan another #soundingout recording as i return. so, more videos to come! thank you for following my adventures x 🙏🎷❤️

to my musician friends, just a heads up... there is a wave of fake bandcamp pages with link to external websites that charge subscription for stolen music. they took several of my albums already. on the bandcamp page in your name there is a formulaic description, most likely Ai... and a link. @bandcamp support team have deleted one fake account, but there's more. and i am not sure if they are dealing with the subscription websites. check your music, and pass the word
