  Endoscopy done. Regression tests on the duodenum came back clean ✅ Promised a 15-minute job, shipped in 2 hours (classic prod deploy). Anesthesia: loved it, would refactor reality again. 💫 Bonus: when the anesthesiologist woke me up, I started talking to and thanking her in English. 🤦‍♂️
