Why strive for personal growth and self-improvement? Amongst the myriad reasons given throughout the ages by sages, prophets, coaches, philosophers etc. I&#39;ll offer my own small reason. To also save energy. For yourself and those around you. The less I get angry at myself, the less energy I waste. The less time I spend following patterns that don&#39;t work, the less energy I waste. Don&#39;t forget to change your clocks tonight. It&#39;s that time of year where the animals start the day confused because their breakfast is an hour out. Also, kids have an hour of sleep robbed and are forced to get out of bed too early. What a crock...
