  Buying a house is the same hell as trying to find a new job. You’re always looking at listing trying to find places that look decent to go see. Then you put an offer in and wait and wait to see if your offer was accepted and generally the answer is no. There is also no real feedback about what your error was.

  @arclight@oldbytes.space When I was a freshman at college people in one of the dorm buildings flooded the building twice that year by hanging clothes in the sprinklers. You would have thought everyone would have learned after the first incident.
