  So I had a mtg with a guy a couple weeks ago, he shows me some screens in a system, fields that need information input to them. So I’m like cool, I’ll get the info for these fields & input. Turns out that’s not at all what I’m needed for. Just supposed to coordinate 3 teams and have them tell me what goes there, I put it all in a spreadsheet, then send to another guy and he uploads. So I don’t need access to all these systems after all and it’s not nearly as much work as I was thinking!...

  I purchased some courses last week from a therapist & relationship coach that I’ve been following online for some time. Today I began the first of the 3 I bought, called “Self Love Lab,” and I’ve already had a “WHOA” moment, just in the 1st module! If the rest of this course is even half as enlightening I’m calling it a success lol #SelfLove #OnlineLearning #SelfHelp #SelfDevelopment

  I have a stye forming on my left upper eyelid and I’m so annoyed about it 😒 I had one back during the summer and it went away before getting too bad… Hope this one does the same!!

  So I got nominated and then selected for a Women’s Entrepreneurship certificate course that’s offered by Cornell U in partnership w/BofA. It starts next week and I’m so nervous. I wasn’t “good” at school when I was in college 😫 #WishMeLuck

  I’m working on transitioning my music listening habits from Spotify to Apple Music, and I pulled up the song on Apple Music that is my 2022 Top Song on Spotify … the lyrics screen was rolling and I see that I’ve been singing the WRONG LYRICS all year?! Grief is a hell of a thing. Wow my car karaoke sessions all feel so tainted now.

  Last night I had a mini breakdown, and today I’m still not sure if I’m really okay yet. However I’m onsite for work so I’m doing a good job pretending. Dreading the return home; what if I get there and break down all over again?! I get my feelings hurt so easily sometimes, and I over think so much too, which results in me basically hurting my own feelings 🤦🏻‍♀️

  @kironbondale@mastodon.world Yeah, I like that idea. I wonder if that would go over well in my org! It’s been a long time since I did this - in my old BA role I mostly wrote user stories, acceptance criteria, coordinated everything and populated Jira with everything/updated statuses/added notes or attachments etc. It’s been a good while since I’ve been a “typical” BA without also wearing some other hat that takes priority haha

  @kironbondale@mastodon.world Yeah, I’m sure! The higher ups probably wouldn’t mind. It would just be a slightly longer interview 😅 I usually interview the SME’s a couple of times (individually), then document the process, have them review/provide feedback, update, repeat, then map based on that. I’m sure a change can be made, for next time!
