    In theory I&#39;ve been on vacation all week. In practice, I had 5 HVAC installers running around my house and every room disorganized so they could do their work. They finished yesterday and now I&#39;m hiding under a blanket.

    I&#39;m at a friend&#39;s wedding. It&#39;s at a vintage travel trailer resort. The trailers look a little rough on the outside but have been well maintained on the inside. Very fun and quirky place.

    Finally got the water pump attached to the new EJ25 shortblock. Why am I bothering to post about such a trivial task? Because I initially reused the bolts from the old block. Turns out they had been over torqued and stretched such that they would thread in almost all the way and _then_ rip out threads even with a torque wrench set to 12 N-m (basically hand tight). By the time I figured this out, I had installed Time-Serts in 4 of the holes and broken 3 of those. Good thing Big-Serts exist to giv...

    I really need to move the TotalControl chassis off my workbench. But that involves digging through the pile of rack rails until I find a pair that can hold it. So it may be a while longer.

    Mostly setup my new desk. Dual monitors was a bit too wide for the previous one. Now to find a 1U audio amp and a mixer that does everything I want.

    Finished the @ComfyConAU and @pancakescon AV marathon. Only one major hiccup (my computer crashed) but we recovered quickly. Now I&amp;#39;m off to IHOP.
