In the US at least, unless you game the system (which is sadly fairly common) it's not really living as much as existing on the margins.

I go through the trouble of making a simple VBA script for an Excel sheet I was working on, then find out some computers don&#39;t have standalone Excel, so you have to use the cloud version that doesn&#39;t recognize VBA and wants you to script it in Python instead I don&#39;t want to hear about how OpenOffice/LibreOffice &quot;just don&#39;t work right&quot; again
